Trifashions Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Trifashions Return Policy. We put a lot of love into making and checking every item before it gets to you. Since a lot of our items are made for you we usually do not accept returns.

We really care about making you happy. We know that sometimes things can go wrong and we are always here to help fix them.

When Can You Ask for a Return?

To make things fair for everyone here are our rules:

You have to tell us within three days of getting your order. If you wait longer we cannot accept your return request.

The item has to be perfect with no signs of use. Please keep all the tags and packaging.

If you ordered a custom item it is made for you so we cannot accept returns.

You might notice differences in the item like the color or the way it is made. This is because each item is made by hand. These small differences are not considered mistakes so you cannot return the item because of them.

What if Your Item is Damaged or Wrong?

We are really sorry if you get an item that is damaged or not what you ordered. If this is our mistake we will send you an item or give you a refund.

To help us fix the problem we need your help. Please give us:

A video of you opening the package from start to finish with no cuts or edits.

Clear pictures of the problem with the item.

Your order. Receipt.

We need these things to process your request. Without them we cannot accept a return. Give you a refund.

What About Shipping Costs?

If we made a mistake with your item we will pay for the return shipping.

If you are returning an item for another reason you will have to pay the original shipping cost. You will also not get a refund for shipping costs like express delivery.

If we do not accept your return and you want us to send the item back, to you you might have to pay shipping costs.

How We Check Returns

When we get your return request our team will look at it carefully. Trifashions can say no to any request that does not follow our rules or does not have proof.. We always try to be fair and honest.
