Exchange Policy

While we do not offer returns, we provide limited exchange options to ensure customer satisfaction in genuine cases.

  1. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Incorrect product received
    • Wrong size received (only for non-customised orders)
    • Manufacturing defect
  3. To initiate an exchange, customers must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue within the given timeframe.
  4. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  5. Once the product passes quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.
  6. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.
  7. Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer handling, washing, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.

Trifashions reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.
