Customization Policy

Trifashions specializes in creating personalised and customised outfits tailored to individual preferences.

1. All customised products are made specifically based on the details provided by the customer.
2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate size, measurement, and design details at the time of placing the order.
3. Once a customised order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
4. Any fitting issues arising due to incorrect measurements shared by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or modification.
5. Customised products will only be considered for support in the rare case of a clear manufacturing defect from our side.
6. Slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur due to the handmade or customised nature of the product and will not be treated as defects.
